The family department has four Solicitors who are members of the Children’s Panel who have many years of experience between them. These solicitors are assisted by a number of Trainee Solicitors and Paralegals. We are also members of Resolution and the Grandparents Association. Between our family department, there are solicitors who are fluent in French, Sinhalese, Gujarati and Urdu.
We are dedicated to helping children and parents in cases of extreme urgency and we run a 24 hour emergency service.
We are used to acting swiftly; being able to cope with a large volume of work, re-prioritising that work during the day so as to ensure that all cases are dealt with complete professionalism and competence.
